    Willson Fitness Products is a family owned business located in Idaho. Our 5 lb. technique / Training plates are rotationally molded from LLDPE and proudly molded in the USA. Tested at local Gyms and CF affiliates they have been proven to help assist in proper barbell techniques.
    Plates are sold in sets (2) plates, and will give years of service with proper care. Plates must be used with rubber mats and are not designed to be used with additional plates or dropped when attached to barbell.
