Product Description
Vibrant, colorful exterior for oven-to-table presentation. You'll use this square baker for everything from layered casseroles, vegetable gratins, fruit crisps, side dishes, desserts, and more. Emile Henry all-natural ceramic is extremely durable, and a versatile choice for one-dish baking, serving and storing. The square baker is shaped from Burgundian clay, which absorbs, distributes and retains heat evenly so contents cook and brown to perfection.

Resistance Against Mechanical Shocks: During everyday use, there are many opportunities to bang a dish or a set of plates. Particularly resistant to shocks, our ceramic is even used in restaurants!
Resistance Against Temperature Changes: A dish or stewpot should be able to withstand wide variations in temperature. Our ceramics allow our products to be taken directly from the freezer to the hot oven (+250C/500F).
Resistance Against Fading Colors: Heat, the dishwasher or sharp instruments will all have an aging effect on a product. Our glazes are particularly resistant to the dishwasher and the most aggressive of detergents.

Shipping
Orders placed before 2:00 pm MST Monday - Friday will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm or on a weekend will ship the following business day.

Returns
We want you to be happy with the items you buy, if you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping charges).
All returns must be unused and in the original manufacturers packaging. To return an item, simply contact us for a return authorization. Any returns received without a return authorization will be refused and shipped back at the senders expense. Any returns of orders that originally received free shipping will have the actual shipping costs deducted from the refund. We recommend shipping your returns back via traceable, insured carrier such as UPS or FedEx Ground.
All returns will be inspected and processed within 3 business days of receipt.
